Too many women and children are living with domestic violence because they simply can't see a way out. By supporting The Redwood, you can help them take the leap of faith!
Your contribution to The Redwood will help provide services in over 170 different languages, including:
- 24 hour support and shelter for women and children fleeing abuse
- Art and play therapy groups for children and toddlers
- Tutoring help for youth and teens
- Employment training, job search help and access to new job opportunities
- Help with family and immigration legal issues
- Assistance in finding and setting up an affordable new home
Please get involved today - with your help, women and children living with the pain and humiliation of domestic abuse can find the courage and resources they need to flee their abuser, and start new lives free from abuse.

Give a gift of stock to help break the cycle of violence
Giving a family the support they need to get their lives back on
track requires specialized skill, time and money. It's a real investment
to provide a mother and two children the customized range of services –
from a secure home, to counselling, to legal support – they need to
begin and sustain a new life free from violence. Making a gift of stock will make such a difference, and is a simple process.
Become a monthly donor, and help women and children all year around
Safe Haven monthly giving is a great way for you to make a
difference in the lives of women and children who have found the
courage to leave an abusive home. As part of the Safe Haven
community, your monthly donation is put to work each and every month to
provide immediate, practical and stable support for women and children
