Participants in this program receive training to become a help desk IT worker.

The Redwood Women in Technology: IT Help Desk Technician program also provides participants with:

• Laptops 
• One-on-one counselling and coaching from a caseworker
• Access to workshops and events
• Access to a peer and employer network

Upon completion of the training period participants work closely with a job developer to secure employment pathways in the technology field that lead to financial independence.
