Mobilize community to end gender-based violence!

“Volunteering at The Redwood helped me build a foundation of skills and a sense of a supportive community. It also helped me understand the social services sector in Canada.

This role helps me practice the skills I am learning in school and work.

Responding to chats on iDetermine also made me realize how important emotional support is. Receiving no judgment support, support to create safety plans to manage risks in one’s life, or just being there to listen.. these can be lifesaving."

Current Opening:

If interested please send your resume with volunteer experience to: hlzimbel@theredwood.com
